Nothing is wrong, and that is precisely the point. It is far easier and far cheaper to keep a body working than to bring one back.
Every one of the four cases below began as something small that nobody looked at: a tightness that was fine until the week it wasn’t, a compensation nobody noticed until something else gave way. Regular work finds those while they are still adjustments rather than injuries.
I'm coming to the end of a 10 session block with Jonathan. He's keeping me injury free and able to take on a heavy exercise schedule, so next block incoming! Throughly recommend
I play lots of rugby at an high level and often see him once a week and he never fails to do the job.
Pick the one that sounds like your week. You will get the pattern people who do it tend to keep, what regular work protects, and one of them in their own words.

No clinic in South West London can say that. Every session is one-to-one with Jonathan: sports massage, deep tissue and injury recovery in Kingston upon Thames. Here are a few of them, in their own words.
Went to Jonathan for the stress relief massage and it was amazing. Felt super comfortable during my appointment and light on my feet after. Definitely recommend and will be returning regularly!

Deep tissue work is firm, and there are moments in a session you'll feel. It should never be something you have to brace through: the pressure is worked to what you can breathe through, and Jonathan adjusts as he goes.
Whether one is enough is not something either of you can know before it starts. Something that has been there for years usually takes three to six: weekly at first, then spaced out as it holds. You'll get an honest view at the end of the first session, not a package sold up front.
Shorts, and a vest or t-shirt if the problem is in the upper body. Come as you would to train.
It's targeted soft tissue work, not a spa treatment. If something needs a diagnosis, a scan or a prescription, Jonathan will tell you and point you to the right person rather than work around it.
No, and it is the most common way people arrive: something that has been managed for months or years, rested, stretched, and worked on somewhere that helped for about two days. Length of time matters less than what is driving it, which is what the first session is for. Something long-standing usually takes three to six sessions rather than one.
Still not sure it is the right thing for what you have? That is what the call before a first session is for: it is fifteen minutes and it is with Jonathan, not a receptionist.
